Note: I had to test all this in game thoroughly with the time and gear I had, (no datamining this time, it would take too long), so the results are slightly off by a few percentage points due to the post-raid screen rounding to the nearest whole number, and I never got enough purple armor to test past -20 pen, but you can see where the chart is going overall. I've been working on this for a while on and off, kinda late into the beta but here it is anyway.
